Is the hardware suitable for harsh open-pit mine environment? What vehicles can it be installed on?

All hardware reaches mine industrial grade, working temperature ranges from -40℃ to 85℃ with IP6K9K dustproof & waterproof rating, adapts 12V/24V heavy vehicle power supply. It fits mining dump truck, dreg truck, concrete mixer, loader, excavator, bus and hazardous material transport vehicles, easy aftermarket installation without damaging original vehicle circuit.

Does the package include fleet management cloud platform, or do we need to pay extra fees?

Our product is an end-cloud integrated solution. The matching Qianbaina risk control cloud platform & mobile APP are provided free of charge with hardware purchase. Can this AEBS system work for heavy loaded mining dump trucks? What the max speed for blind spot braking?

100% compatible with full load mine dump trucks. The right blind spot AEB function can complete full stop for fully loaded vehicles within 30km/h. It covers front startup blind spot (0-5km/h brake trigger) and right turn inner wheel difference blind spot, solving the most frequent pedestrian crushing accidents on open pit mines.

How does the mining truck reverse parking radar system work?

The system uses 8 ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles around the vehicle. When the truck starts, the front 4 sensors automatically monitor the front area. During reversing, all front and rear sensors work together. The LCD display shows obstacle position and distance, while voice alerts inform the driver of the nearest obstacle.

Can the detection distance and system configuration be customized?

Yes. The detection distance can be customized from 0.3 meters to 5 meters according to different vehicle sizes and working conditions. The system also supports customized sensor quantity, cable length, display design and CAN communication integration for different applications.
