Product Description
Our AEBS (Advanced Emergency Braking System) is a fully integrated safety solution designed for dump trucks, concrete mixers, freight trucks, and mining vehicles. This comprehensive system combines cameras, radar, AI algorithms, and an active brake actuator to detect potential collisions and automatically brake when the driver fails to respond.
- Perception: ADAS forward camera, DSM driver monitor, and BSD blind-spot cameras (front & right side) continuously scan the vehicle's surroundings. Optional millimeter-wave radar extends detection up to 200m.
- Decision: AI processes the data in real time, dividing risks into three stages—warning, light braking, and full emergency braking—based on distance and speed.
- Execution: If the driver takes no action, an electric motor or pneumatic valve actively presses the brake pedal to stop the vehicle or reduce impact severity.
| Function | Coverage | Activation Speed | Response |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forward AEBS | Up to 140m ahead | 5-100 km/h | 3-stage warning → light brake → full brake |
| Right Blind Spot | 6m forward × 3m wide | 5-30 km/h | Brake zone within 0.7m |
| Front Blind Spot | 2m forward, vehicle width | 0-5 km/h | Brake zone within 2m |
| Left Blind Spot | 0-1m width, 2m forward to 2m rear | 5-35 km/h | Brake zone within 0-1m |
| DSM Driver Monitor | Driver face/head | Always active | Audio alerts for fatigue, phone, smoking, distraction |
All AEBS functions automatically disengage when the driver steers or brakes.

A Bus Passenger Counter is a device that accurately counts the number of passengers boarding and alighting from a bus, providing real-time data for better operational management.
It typically uses infrared sensors or pressure sensors to detect and count passengers as they enter or exit the bus. The collected data is displayed in real-time and can be stored for later analysis.
Yes, the Bus Passenger Counter is designed for easy installation on various bus models. Most units come with user-friendly mounting options and detailed installation instructions.
Absolutely! The Bus Passenger Counter can seamlessly integrate with existing transport management systems, allowing for centralized monitoring and data analysis.
You can expect real-time passenger counts, historical data, and detailed reports that show trends in passenger numbers over time, which can help in route optimization.
Yes, the Bus Passenger Counter is built to withstand harsh conditions. It is weather-resistant and designed for long-term use in a busy transportation environment.
By providing accurate passenger counts, the device helps prevent overcrowding on buses, thereby ensuring a safer travel environment for both passengers and drivers.
The Bus Passenger Counter requires minimal maintenance, primarily periodic cleaning and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
Yes, the device operates on low power consumption, making it energy-efficient and cost-effective over time.
Public transportation authorities, private bus companies, and shuttle services can all benefit from implementing a Bus Passenger Counter to improve their operational efficiency and passenger experience.
