Product Description
Every year, over 60% of traffic accidents in China are linked to fatigue driving, and 48% of crashes result from delayed braking response. Construction vehicles—dump trucks, concrete mixers, and freight trucks—operate in complex urban environments with large blind spots, making them high-risk assets on the road.
Our AEBS (Advanced Emergency Braking System) delivers a complete "end-to-cloud" safety solution. Combining multi-sensor perception (ADAS + DSM + BSD radar-vision), intelligent decision-making algorithms, and active braking execution, it provides real-time monitoring, tiered warnings, and automatic emergency braking to prevent collisions—or significantly reduce their severity.
The system operates on a three-layer architecture:
| Layer | Function |
|---|---|
| Perception Layer | ADAS camera (forward collision, lane departure, pedestrian detection), DSM camera (driver fatigue/distraction), BSD blind-spot cameras (front/right side), optional millimeter-wave radar (up to 200m detection) |
| Decision Layer | AI algorithms process sensor data in real time, classifying risks into warning, light-brake, and full-brake stages based on distance and speed |
| Execution Layer | An electric motor or pneumatic valve actively presses the brake pedal when the driver fails to respond—delivering autonomous emergency braking without driver intervention |
-
Forward Collision Avoidance (ADAS + AEBS)
- Detects vehicles, pedestrians, and obstacles ahead
- Speed range: 5–100 km/h
- Detection distance: up to 140m (camera) or 200m (radar)
- Three-stage response: warning → light braking → full emergency braking
- Automatically disengages if driver steers or brakes
-
Blind Spot Braking (Front & Right BSD)
- Right-side blind spot: Covers 6m forward, 3m wide; brake zone within 0.7m; speed 5–30 km/h
- Front blind spot: Covers 2m forward, vehicle width; brake zone within 2m; speed 0–5 km/h
- Left-side blind spot: Covers 0–1m width, 2m forward to 2m rear; speed 5–35 km/h
- Three-stage response: alert → light brake → full brake (active at different distances)
-
Driver State Monitoring (DSM)
- Detects: fatigue (yawning/eye-closing), distraction, phone use, smoking, and seatbelt status
- Accuracy: ≥98% under normal conditions
- Audio alerts only (does not trigger AEBS braking)
- Compliant with multiple regional standards (Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, etc.)
-
Cloud Platform & Risk Control
- Real-time vehicle tracking with location, speed, and event logs
- Tiered alert handling: AI detection → platform classification → manual verification → intervention
- Driver and fleet performance scoring for safety training and insurance underwriting
- Supports "Technology + Insurance" model to reduce operational risk
